About Me:
I am a senior in the graphic and multimedia design major at SUNY Canton. I have been studying graphic design for two years and am still up and coming, but I learn something new every day and am extremely interested in creating more graphical art, for the purpose of marketing or otherwise, in the near future.
My Senior Project:
My senior project centers around a fictional band that I created in my head, called Creatures of the Underground (or C.O.T.U.) for short. The band is made up of several "avatars" set up to look like different creatures from horror, science-fiction, and fantasy.
For the project, I created two album covers of different styles, pertaining to two genres: cutesy pop and aggressive metal. The idea was to show two contrasting styles.
Additionally, I created a sample advertisement poster that could be used to advertise for a live show of the band. Below are the images of my senior project.
